When someone comes into treatment it means entering a safe space where the structure of the programme offers the chance to explore the reality of addiction and how it affects your life.
Each day has a timetable/schedule from 7am rising until 11pm bed-time. It is made up of Group Therapy, Individual Counselling, Lectures, Meditation/Mindfulness, Therapeutic Activities (Drama, Yoga, Art, Gardening) as well as time and space to consider a way ahead in life. For many, it also provides an introduction to the Twelve Steps as a useful structure for managing change in their lives.
Within the day there is also time to relax, maybe go for a walk or use the gym
