Help with White Oaks Connect access, sign-in, privacy and account questions, plus urgent support routes.

White Oaks Connect is a private, invite-only aftercare community for adults who have completed treatment at White Oaks.

Important: White Oaks Connect is not monitored 24/7, is not a crisis line, does not provide medical advice and does not replace professional treatment or emergency care.

These services are independent of White Oaks Connect.

App and account support

For non-urgent help with an invitation, sign-in link, Google sign-in, profile, privacy request or account deletion, contact White Oaks:

  • Email: info@whiteoakscentre.com
  • Telephone: +353 (0)74 9384400

White Oaks follow-up is handled off-app during normal working hours. A non-urgent support request made in the app is intended for next-working-day follow-up, not an immediate response.
